Using reflection script to answer windows dialog box

I am using a script to open reveal(report capture product) find the report and download it into excel using reveals download option. Everything in the script works well until a windows dialog box opens up asking for a file name and location. Is there a way to answer this windows dialog box from the script??
Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
