vgimport Error

# vgimport -s -v -p -m vg02.map vg52
Beginning the import process on Volume Group "vg52".
Couldn't access the list of physical volumes for volume group "/dev/vg52".

Simply trying to take vg02 from system A and import it as vg52 on system B.

Contents of mapfile:

# cat vg02.map
VGID 257427b53b013038
1 lvol1
2 lvol2


This works if you do it manually passing volume names to vgimport.
