Viewing html docs within dtmail

I have searched through the itrc site and havent really seen this addressed. I am wondering if mail sent in the html format can be viewed using dtmail. If not, then could the message be viewed as an attachment? I am thinking the mailcap file has something to do with this, but am not sure.

Running B1000 w/11.11 using CDE ver. 2.1.0. Dec2001 CDE patches are installed.
