Re: VNC ( Virtual Network Computing )
It seems that some fonts for your X server are missing. Is any X server installed on your machine other then vncserver(Xvnc)?

Re: VNC ( Virtual Network Computing )
RUN_X_FONT_SERVER=1
If that doesn't work go into /usr/lib/X11/fonts/misc and see if there is a file named fonts.alias. This should have a "fixed" entry in it.
If not, you will need to find a sub-directory of /usr/lib/X11/fonts that does contain a "fixed" entry in its fonts.alias, or make your own. Then you will probably need to tell VNC about that directory using the -fp option. Or edit vncserver script in /opt/realvnc.

Re: VNC ( Virtual Network Computing )
Just start another vncserver session using whatever account needs to host it.
telnet nonroot_user
nonroot_user# vncpasswd
nonroot_user# vncserver :NN -depth 16 -geometry 1024x768 ...etc..
