Vpar Memory missing in Superdome 2
11.31 & SD2
Memory sizing is difference between npar and vpar. I know some missing memory size use for formware and vpmon but superdome 2 do not use vpmon. Alos "vparstatus -m" command have no in Sperdome 2 vpar.
Like below, vpar memory is 1G in size missed or 2G missed.
What happened in my system?

Re: Vpar Memory missing in Superdome 2
Before vpar, npar shows 2 G missed.
In here, Total memory size is 96G but ILM (10G) plus SLM(84G) show 94G. Why?

Re: Vpar Memory missing in Superdome 2
The system will reserve a certain amount of memory, e.g. for I/O, so you cannot use 100% of it.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Vpar Memory missing in Superdome 2
parstatus of SD2 report defferently with old machine like(rx series, etc).
On SD2, Total good memory 90G, ILM is 10 and
SLM is 84G. I can't see 2G.
On other machine, Total good memory is same with ILM+CLM.

I think it is npartition issue before OS memory(vpar issue)
