I have installed 3 vpar .
At the startup with
MON> vparload â all
But this error has occured :
MON] Booting brscoa01...
[MON] Booting brscow01...
[MON] Booting brscod01...
Kernel file is not relocatable for brscoa01
File address is 0x0000000000020000 and memory address is 0x0000000004000000
Error reading program segments
Failed to load (0/0/9/0/0/4/0.0.0.0.0.0.0;)/stand/vmunix
[MON] brscoa01 has halted.
[MON] Console client set to brscod01
In the rc.log i see this error :
Virtual Partitions Initialization
Output from "/sbin/rc1.d/S105vparinit start":
----------------------------
vparextract: Cannot open VPAR monitor
WARNING: vcn is not in kernel
Not booted in a VPAR
"/sbin/rc1.d/S105vparinit start" SKIPPED
in attach my vparstatus -v output

Which method did you ude to install the adittional 2 Vpars?
Did you add in the Vpar Software to the software selection at the time you installed the additional vpars?
The message indicates that they do not have the software installed.

I have found a solution for a 1° vpar that now start ... i have forget to assign it the console terminal....
But on the other two vpar i have the same problem : Kernel file is not relocatable !!!

vPar *makes* the kernel relocatable, without vPar the kernel isn't.
Is this a new installation or an upgrade?
Which version?
