One physical NIC per vswitch.

If you "team" the NICs using APA, it looks like a single NIC from the HPVM point of view (lan900 for example instead of lan9).

ok, but the vswitch just accept one physical NIC?

One physical NIC per vswitch.

If you are using APA (you create a bundle out of different real NICs), the resulting "NIC" looks like another physical NIC, so it is still 1 (virtual APA) NIC per vswitch.
