VxVM 3.5 root hot-relocation
I have three discs available for my
root disc group; which is currently set
up as a two way mirror.
From the ease of system recovery viewpoint,
would it be sensible to add the third drive
as a hot-relocation spare, or leave it outside VxVM control - yet available for
hot-swap?
David.

Re: VxVM 3.5 root hot-relocation
Hi David,
I would suggest you leave it outside vxvm control for a possible hot-swap in future.
Hope this helps.
