warnig in ignite log
Hello,
I have run an ignite and the below error is wriiten to th makrec.log file
does this point o a potential issue with the backup?
vgcfgbackup: Warning: couldn't query physical volume "/dev/dsk/c23t15d4":
The specified path does not correspond to physical volume attached to
this volume group

Could you post volume group info from affected VG
# vgdisplay -v vgXX
# strings /etc/lvmtab

I've seen something similar to this on a system where an old SAM bug messed up the LVM config. It didn't effectively hurt the system, though. Older versions of Ignite would refuse to create an archive for a system that had this problem. It was since modified to complain but not refuse to create the image, (to me) implying that the issue was not a show-stopper. I wish I could help further, but I never had to ignite a system using that image.
