Web Server

Hi,

We had a web server which works fine. But the problem is nobody knows the
password for it. ( either for admin or any other user ID). Is there any way
to get in without ID and password?

This web server is using netscape enterprise. Is there any other product which
can have a free / trial download?

The Apache webserver works great on HPUX. http://www.apache.org.

You can download the latest depot from http://hpux.tn.tudelft.nl/ or a mirror.

Hi ,

In NES installation installation, you will be having a directory "admin-serv",
under which there'll be another dir called "config".Normally that dir contains
a file called "admpw". you can edit that file and remove the content and try
with no passwd for admin.
I have'nt tried it myself, but am sure that the admin paswd is stored there.

Regarding free web servers Apache is the most popular one.
