WebJet Admin and IPP Printing

Is there anyone out there using HP's WebJet Admin as an internet printing host?  I want the users to be able to install the printer as opposed to emailing or uploading a document to print they way you do with Google Cloud Print.  I'd like it to function more like ThinPrint without the ThinPrint price.

Are you asking about HP-UX or about printing?
