WebQos Clarifications

Dear All,

I would like to know some details about Webqos.

1.Whether webqos is bundled along with the O/S? Or is it a Separate Product?
-----I am having HPUX 11.00 Rel Dec-99

2. Whether the WebQos is bundeled with any new version of HP-UX 11 (Any Update)?

3.Is it a protected software? Do I need to have Codeword to Install it?

Please Clarify me.
Or please direct me to better place where I can get clear my doubts.
