Where is the security_patch_check tool located?

Hi all. I have searched itrc and I haven't found the security_patch_check tool? Does anyone have a link/

The security patch check is rolled into the standard patch assessment:

are you saying that there is no security_patch_check binary or script to run on your system....just the normal cpm_collect-servername.fs upload - patch -yada yada?
