X11 include files

where are X11 include files (Xlib.h,
Xutil.h,keysym.h, Xresource.h...) on
HP-UX 11.00

Hi:

If you have the ANSI/C or aCC Developers Bundle they are in /usr/include/X11R6/X11.
If not then that dog won't hunt.

and as i do not have any X11 include files (especially Xproto.h and Xresource.h) on hp ux 10.20, where could i find those ? how can i install them ?
i need it absolutely to install Tk8.2.3 on my system.
