X29server
The fair princess looked at the handsome x29server.log and found that is was going round and round in circles, it had been bewitched by the evil prince Unix and could not be greater that 5000 lines in size.
Now the fair princess has lots of visitors by the x25 doorway and the x29server.log has to be bigger and remember all her visitors over 24 hours and not just the 3 hours at present.
Can someone break the spell of the wicked prince Unix and let the handsome prince x29server.log be bigger and therefore make all her dreams come true.
I???m sorry but sometimes size does matter.
Happy endings awaited.

Re: X29server
I think you need to quit watching that Harry potter movie, and wait for the "Lord of the Rings".....
I knew that hat would "spell" trouble.

Re: X29server
I am not familiar with the prince, but one suggestion is to check the size of his shorts by looking at the
logging level entry in the /etc/x25/x29hosts groin area.
The Royal Physician. (100 gold coins for this)

Re: X29server
The "Ye Book of Unix" states that -w 0-5000 controls the size and if ye -w is not used then 5000 shall be the number of the counting, thou will not get 4000 and 6000 is right out.
Also according to "The Book" yee logging level will just affect how quickly one will attain the 5000.
The fair Princess is sorely disappointed.
