xgawk configure

Hi all
I have installed xgawk-3.1.6-20080101.tar.gz from https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=133165 and http://gatekeep.cs.utah.edu/hppd/hpux/Gnu/gawk-3.1.6/ for HPUX 11.23, after installation it not working . When i try to run gawk -l xml -f node_count.awk dbfile.xml .
-- load xml error

Luis:

Did you install the runtime dependencies --- 'gettext' and 'libiconv'? If not, they are available at the Porting Center.
