Can someone tell me how to install zip2.3 on HP-UZ11.11?

Where did you get it? What format is it in? Tarball? SD Depot? Binary?

Download depot:

http://hpux.ee.ualberta.ca/hppd/hpux/Misc/zip-2.3/

and swinstall it

If it's a depot from one of the porting centers, the center has a FAQ offering instructions:
