Does this output means that I can use this Internal/PCI/Winmodem ?

Yes Maaz its a PCI internal modem. You may be able to get it to work with drivers from http://www.linmodems.org

Come to think of it they may have a list of modems too.

WinModem indicates that you may not be
able to use this modem. I generally
avoide WinModems with Linux. Some
drivers are available for some kernel
versions build with some compilers.

If you get all the incantations right they
should work. Luckily I have a few real
modems where the manafactures didn't scimp
the 25 cents extra it costs to make a real
modem.
