Another problem with RHEL 3 ES update 2 installation with RIS

I found strange problem that happens only when installing RHEL 3 ES update 2 on DL360G3 from RIS (PXE boot). Previous version RHEL 3 ES update 1 is working just fine. I made update to BIOS and NIC firmware. Installation crashes when anaconda looking for ks file on nfs server. I've seen error "unable to mount nfs source" right after ks file path in log screen (alt+f3). Also I can proceed manual installation from nfs source with no problems at all.
