BCM5723 connectivity problem with rhel 6

BCM5723 connectivity problem with rhel 6

I am installing RHEL 6 in a Proliant ML110G6 server.

The problem is that the server cannot connect with anybody.

Network manager shows "NetStreme BCM5723 Gigabit Ethernet PCIe (not connected)"

Can you tell what I have to do to make this works?

Did you check the led on the adapter? Maybe you have a defective cable, try swapping it.
