Re: boot floppy creation
You can create a boot disk with mkbootdisk. Current kernels are too big to fit in a floppy, or normally, servers does not have floppy disks anymore, so you can create an iso image and burn it to CD.
/sbin/mkbootdisk --iso --device `uname -r`
/sbin/mkbootdisk --iso --device
Por que hacerlo dificil si es posible hacerlo facil? - Why do it the hard way, when you can do it the easy way?

Re: boot floppy creation
Hi Anith,
mkbootdisk --device /dev/fd0 2.4.18-14
The last part is uname -r
