Cannot configure network adapter in Redhat Linux 7.0

Hi Admins,
I am facing problem while configuring a D-link DFE 538Tx Ethernet adapter. This card don't have an internal driver in linux and i am adding the driver the following way.

I got driver floppy from the original vendor and trying to install as per the instructions given in the *.txt file.

Can anybody out there give me a feedback!!!!!!!!!

You might try using the "tulip" driver, it should come with this release of redhat...
