compiler upgradation
how can i upgrade a C++ -a.03.30 compiler to A-03.63 ?

You must have a support contract. Even so, you would then have to get the January 2005 Application CDs to get A.03.60. Then install PHSS_32508.
It would be better to just get the latest compiler A.03.70, then patch to A.03.73, PHSS_35099.

Assuming you have a support contact, a simple swinstall will do the trick.
Best practices dictate normally using swremove on the old version but for this product, it will upgrade in place.

Ignore the value-added HP compiler and change to an open source compiler (gcc).
