Configure HP VCA for Install Software and Firmware

When I run "Install Software and Firmware"
I've this error :
"No systems detected with the Version Control Repository Manager. Install the VCRM on a system, then run Identification on that system and try again. "
But I configured hpvca, but when I look in Version Control Repository Manager
I've this error :
"The specified repository, hpsim, is invalid or not reachable."
