Correction to the ICE-Linux Getting Started guide for tftp connections

On Page 35 of the ICE-Linux Getting Strted guide; Table 4-7 states the tftp serice requires Port 69 for Outbound connections.

This is incorrect.

The tftp service requires Port 69 for Inbound connections.

This will be fixed in the next revison of the doc set.
