dhcp logging in RHEL 4

Hi Guys

We have setup our dhcp logging to a seperate file in /var/log/dhcpd/dhcpd.log in the dhcpd.conf file by adding the log-facility local6 and addded the local6.* /var/log/dhcpd/dhcp.log in the syslog.conf file .

Now the issue is dhcp logs are logged in both messages and dhcpd.log we want the dhcpd logs only on dhcpd.log .
How can we configure this . Pls give me ur valuable suggestions .
