Diagnostics for J2EE install question
1、OS Version: Linux hp6600 2.6.28-92el5xen #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:36:07 EDT 2008 ia64 GNU/Linux
2、Java Version:
java version"1.4.2"
gij(GNY libgc) versuib 4.1.2 20071124(Red Hat 4.1.2-42)
3、When I installed the Diagnostics software “DiagnosticsServerSetupSolaris_7_50.bin”,the software note :
InstallShield Wizard
Initializing InstallShield Wizard…
Prepaing Java(tm) Virtual Machine…
………………………………………
………………………………………
Next the install process exit and there is no any information.
4、The proble’s install as same the Diagnostics Server.
who can give me some advice?

Please let me know what installable file you're using: as well post the output of
# file
Do you see any log or core file in the current path from where you're installing the software.

Sorry,I made a mistake!
The Diagnostics Server software name is DiagnosticsServerSetupLinux_7_50.bin.
The Diagnostics probe software name is JavaAgentSetup_linux_7_50.bin.
At the current path,there was no any log file.
