DL365 Will Not Boot Open-E USB drive
I am integrating a product from a company called Open-E. It runs off of an isoLinux 2.6x kernel.
The product comes as a USB drive and provides full NAS functionality. It will not boot on the DL365. It will boot an HP utility flash drive, so I know the USB circuitry is working. The BIOS has been upgraded to 12/02/06.
After selftest, the system Red screens with the following error string:
Divide By Zero
EAX=00000000 EBX=00000C00 ECX=00000000 EDX=00000000
EBP=000000FC ESI=0000DDC6 EDI=00003F97
DS=E800 ES=E800 FS=F000 GS=0001
CS:EIP=1000:0000DF48 SS:ESP=0030:0000FCBC
EFLAGS=00000246
The demo version boots fine from CD. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: DL365 Will Not Boot Open-E USB drive
Hoi Daniel,
Did you solve this issue?
I got the same error.
This server will not boot if a USB
disk is installed.
