DL380 G5 Centos 5.3 network problem

i have installed centos 5.3 kernel 2.6.18-128.1.4.el5 on a DL380 G5 server
when the install its done i try to ping my gateway (192.168.0.1) but it says destination host unreachable
i run ethtool eth0 it's says

i dont know why it says not link detected, i try it connecting to a dlink router (192.168.0.1) directly and its linking, i try with another DL380 G5 server installing the same OS and gives me the same problem

Can somebody help me
Thanks

Tomas

Re: DL380 G5 Centos 5.3 network problem

in the new kernel centos or RHEL change the interfaces
eth1 is the one above and eth0 is the one below

Anyways

Re: DL380 G5 Centos 5.3 network problem

Actually it's the way the 2.6 kernel enumerates the PCI bus
