duplicate tcp line

I'm seeing "warning, got duplicate tcp line" in the netstat command, on a RedHat ES 2.1 internet server behind a firewall.

I did some searches and found it may be related to a quick close and open same tcp connection, should I be concerned? Never noticed these messages before now.
