Error during upgrad Switch 1920S

 

I'm having trouble updating my switch. I've been trying to perform an upgrade, but I'm encountering an error.

I've attempted to upload the new firmware image through the switch's graphical user interface, but I'm receiving an error message from the AJAX request. The error response I'm seeing is:

I've also tried downloading the latest firmware image directly from the HP website and attempting to update the switch using that file, but I'm still encountering the same error.

At this point, I'm planning to open a support case with the manufacturer to get assistance resolving this issue. I've tried both the graphical interface and FTP-based methods for updating the switch, but I'm still unable to successfully complete the firmware upgrade process.
