Why its happening ?

If the network cards are e1000 then autonegotiate is the way to go on the switch.
Setting it to a particular speed can cause this problem.
Most of the time this is either a NIC card ready to fail or creative setting in the network swtich port.

You have a gigabit NIC but it's indicating only 100Mbps link. What is on the other end of the cable?
An intermittent connection could be caused by a bad cable: check the cable and the connectors for damage and dirt.
