how to configure the fstab file of a Linux cluster? iscsi shared with a bay

Which Linux? What kind of cluster? Which cluster software? What is unclear in the manuals?

What distribution do you have? For iSCSI volumes there is a /etc/fstab.iscsi file, at least in SLES. It has a similar format to the conventional /etc/fstab.
