'GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found
Dear All ,
OS version :Redhat AS 2.1
Currently my system kernel panic , I do know how to cause it . Please guide thru me trouble shoot on this problem .
On the system booting ,hang on half way .
The message is
init:/lib/ld-linux.so.2:version 'GLIBC_PRIVATE' not found (required by 86/libc.so.6)
Kernel panic:Attempted to kill init !

It seems the glibc library was either corrupted or missing. Have you update/install OS software on this system?

You'll want to get up2date, yum, or apt-get running so you can bring this very common library (and all its dependencies) up to date.

I have try boot on rescue mode to reinstall glibc and ldconfig -v recompiler the links .But fail to boot as normal .
What the next step I can try ??
