help analysing bonnie result....

All,
below is the output, I am new to bonnie++. Could someone shed some light what each param measure mean. What is the rule of thumb in deciding what value is not up to par or could cause potential I/O bottleneck.

Sorry, rename the outputfile to .txt instead of .out, easier to open.
