How to configure a remote printer using Cups ??

Hi Folks ,

We have a HP-UX 11.11 print server on which we have all our printers configured as local printers.

Recently we have installed 10 Linux Servers and I need to configure all the printers on those Linux Servers as Remote Printers. When I use lpadmin command to configure the remote printers, it creates the printer, but also gives error
lpadmin: add-printer (set mode) failed: server-error-internal-error
Also the jobs do not get printed from Linux Systems.

The lpadmin command I am using on Linux to create the printers is -
lpadmin -plaserjet -v/dev/null -mrmodel -ocmrcmodel -osmrsmodel -ormserver2 -orplaserjet -v /dev/null

In short, please let me know how to configure a remote printer on a Linux System when the Print Server is HP-UX Print Server ???

Thanking you in advance.

or
redhat-config-printer-tui

from there on it's a piece of cake

Hope this help
