How to get clent machine time zone

I need to skip the timezone page buti wanted to display the client machine time zone and value. how to get from jsp?

not sure i can help you with JSP, but if you read the file \etc\localtime it should contain the correct +/-GMT value.
There have been Innumerable people who have helped me. Of course, I've managed to piss most of them off.
