How work the CS8920 network card in redhat linux7.1?

I have a IBM computer,and In redhat linux6.2,the CS8920 can work well(use loadable module cs89x0.o).
but when I installation redhat linux 7.1 (kernel 2.4.2),the CS8920 network can't work(use module cs89x0.0 yet).
please help me.
