howto turn off daylight saving time on linux?

All, I have a server in Phoenix. But at this place, there's no daylight saving time. How do I turn it off on my Linux server. Thanks.

Ok, I admit this is a stupid question. I found out why it was on, I should have chosen "America/Phoenix" instead of "US/Mountain Time".
