HP pavilion Ze4400 Laptop misbehaving, Battery part HPf4809a/f48124

Hello,

Whenever I power on this laptop, It powers itself down automatically. I tried removing the battery to connect directly to power source, It stays a bi/t longer but shut itself down again.

I have re calibrated the laptop without much success before . It worked but later revert back to this bad condition. The laptop can not even powers up with the battery even thogh the battery shows that it still have power for close to 75%

What can be the cause?
