HPDMmultipath-4.0.0 compilation errors

I have the following setup.
1. Operating system.
Linux ranalint1 2.6.9-67.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Nov 7 13:56:44 EST 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

2. Storage
Eva 8000

When i try to run the INSTALL.sh on HPDMmultipath-4.0.0 it fails with the following error.
