hplip and CUPS
I have installed RH 5.5 to be used as a CUPS server, and upgraded cups to the latest version. To get the latest HP drivers, I then installed the latest hplip from hp's site. Any driver I attempt to used from this set just stops any job entering the CUPS queue, and will not release it. Once I change to any other driver supplied by the CUPS software, the job then is released and prints. Any thoughts?

Re: hplip and CUPS
Shalom Rick,
If this hplip is from the Proliant Service Pack, that package probably does not support RHEL 5.5
You will have to live without PSP until it is released by HP. For now, used the CUPS driver.
