INN on Redhat 3.0 ES

Hi,

Any one has installed INN on Redhat 3.0 ES. I have installed INN RPM package and configured basic things mentioned in the below URL:
http://www.linux.com/guides/nag2/x18341.shtml

When i do "./inndstart" and check for INN process it will not be running. Even telneting to port 119 is not working.
