ioctl: Function is not available

Hi, when I issue
sysdef command I have output
ioctl: Function is not available

I think it is problem with DLKM.
Can I resolve it with:
cd /stand/build
/usr/lbin/sysadm/system_prep -s system
mk_kernal -s system
kmupdate /stand/build/vmunix_test
shutdown -ry now

or it is something more complicated?

I am sorry, I am on wrong forum. It is
question for HPUX, not for LINUX. You dont
