Keyboard Error
OS; SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop(SLED 10 SP1)
To install Sun Ray Server Software 4.0(Sun Microsystems Server Software for Thin clients), on SLED 10, I have to uninstall gdm-2.8(default rpm ships with SLED 10), and then install gdm-2.4, becuase Sun Ray doesnt install without gdm-2.4-x.rpm.
But just after installing the Sunray on SLED 10, I reinstall the default version of gdm i.e
gdm-2.8.0.7-57.29.
SLES 10, is working just fine, no issue, but I am getting following error/warnings on console, when the System boots:
.
.
KDSETKEYCODE: No such device
failed to set scancode 89 to keycode 161
KDSETKEYCODE: No such device
failed to set scancode 85 to keycode 224
KDSETKEYCODE: No such device
failed to set scancode 86 to keycode 225
KDSETKEYCODE: No such device
failed to set scancode 92 to keycode 226
Dell Suspend To Disk Hotkey Helper (main:160) Error: KEY_SUSPEND not available.
here is the output of 'getkeycodes'
# getkeycodes
Plain scancodes xx (hex) versus keycodes (dec)
0 is an error; for 1-88 (0x01-0x58) scancode equals keycode
KDGETKEYCODE: No such device
failed to get keycode for scancode 0x59
even though keyboard is working quite fine on server(SLED 10 + Sunray) but Keyborad is not working on the DTU(Sunray thin client hardware).
