LH4 REDHAT 9 RAID driver

Can anybody give me the link to the HP LH4 redhat 9 raid driver?

Not specifically RedHat but might give some clues.

Re: LH4 REDHAT 9 RAID driver

If HP does not specifically provide a driver you have a small problem. You might be able to compile a new drive based on the source for another version of red hat.

You may find a newer, supported distribution with a newer kernel supports the raid device anyway.

Re: LH4 REDHAT 9 RAID driver

Well a LH4 doesn't have a DAC960. It has a re-badged AMI MegaRAID, like the LH3, and like the 1si/3si/1m/2m HP NetRAID controllers.

RH9 should have the driver for this already, called 'megaraid'.

If it isn't seeing the controller, then I'd start by ensuring that the RAID controller is enabled in the BIOS.
One long-haired git at your service...
