mcsg getting problem in rhel4

Team,

In our servers they configured 2node cluster using mcsg in rhel.4.thing is while switch over time and manually running mkg time database is able to access.in that same time i try to switch over automatically one node to another node switcher is happening fine but data base is not accessible in 2nd node.after i checked in 1st node ipaddress using ifconfig command PKG ip does not remove from node1.there after i manually down the pkg ip from node1 in that time i m able to access the same data base.in same for node2 also.so in that time where i did the mistake i do not know.can u any one help to reslove the issue please.
