Re: migration from exchang server to postfix
Ahhh - Postfix is an excellent choice. Since you are coming from Exchange, you might be interested in having a look at the open source version of Zimbra. Zimbra uses postfix as its MTA and OpenLDAP for user management. Apparenty they have a Exchange Migration Wizard.
Make sure you have enough RAM.

Re: migration from exchang server to postfix
Shalom,
This question has been seen before by you?
There is not a good path because microsoft doesn't want you to migrate
go to http://support.microsoft.com
search for a flat file export procedure for exchange. It will not be fun be can be completed.
You could also use the Outlook client and have the users export all their mail to a .pst file and then use outlook as a popmail client to the new postfix server. Mail would not be stored on the server.
