Mount path

Mount path

I use df command to show the volumn , only found /home  , / , /usr , /var , can advise if I want the path /boot also shown from the command df , what can i do ?

The 'df' command only shows mounted file systems.  If /boot is not mounted as a separate file system then df will not show it.

 

Check your /etc/fstab and see if /boot is supposed to be mounted separately.

df (i.e.., disk free)command reports the amount of space used and available on currently mounted (i.e., logically attached to the system) ,While installing operating system if not have separate  divice used for /boot will not list for this command.
