MSA50 G2 disk speed

Do you know how i can watch disk model and rpm speed of an MSA G2 SCSI array ?
It's an proliant dl380 cluste having linux as SO

Shalom,

The disk speed is printed on the front of the disks. All disks are visible by visual inspection. That or sansurfer as I posted to the other similar question.

Try :

cat /proc/scsi//

Also : look at boot messages (/var/log/boot.msg

Last tip : download and install -excellent- lshw utility.

For HP SCSI Hard Disk, in front of SCSI Hard Disk will see a label look like above,

72.5GB 10K
UITRA320 SCSI

10K means 10,000 rpm.
